Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns:

• Products purchased from Mapleye Security Systems can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

2. Exchanges:

• From 14 to 30 days after purchase, products can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

3. After 30 Days:

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.

Additional Information:

• Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
